POOL REGISTRATION

NEW THIS YEAR!

Each member of the household (over the age of 6) will receive a wristband instead of a pool tag for the 2008 season. Residents are required to wear their wristbands at all times while in the pool area. The first wristband will be issued at no charge. Replacements will be available for $5.00 each.

Please be sure to discard all pool tags issued in previous years, as these will no longer be accepted for pool entry. Your wristbands are designed to last the entire 2008 season and will be required for entry into all resident events held at the Canterberry Crossing Pool.

Association dues and assessments must be current through the 2nd Quarter in order to register to use the pool facility. Registration forms for tenants and renters must be accompanied by a current lease agreement AND written authorization from the homeowner before pool wristbands can be issued.

CODE OF CONDUCT
CANTERBERRY CROSSING COMMUNITY POOL

For the safety and wellness of all patrons, the following Code of Conduct must be followed by all patrons while using the pool and recreational facilities:

  1. Patrons are expected to follow the pool rules and regulations set forth by the Association Board of Directors and any directions issued by the Pool Staff.
  2. Patrons are expected to respect the property of Canterberry Crossing and that of other patrons. Patrons (and/or parents/ guardians) will assume financial responsibility for any damages caused by their deliberate destruction.
  3. Patrons should treat all others and themselves with respect. Aggressive, abusive, vulgar or violent language and behavior towards the pool staff and other patrons is not permitted.
  4. Patrons should refrain from rough-housing or obnoxious behavior that would bother and/or offend other patrons.
  5. Patrons should respect the privacy of others.

Consequences

Unacceptable behavior will result in consequences to patrons which may include:

  • Being asked to leave for the remainder of the day in which the violation occurred.
  • Payment of any damages.
  • Denial of future access to pool facility.
  • Involvement of law enforcement and/or proper authorities.
  • Mandatory meeting with pool manager and/or Board of Directors.

I have read and understand the above Code of Conduct and will abide by all pool rules and expectations of conduct. I understand that if I act inappropriately I will have to accept responsibility for my actions that may result in the consequences listed above.
