2010 Sub and Master Coupons

Your 2010 Sub and Master Coupons have been mailed and you should be receiving within the next 10 days.  If you do not receive your coupons by December 10th please contact the CCMA office at 303-841-8658 and we will resend.  Please note the coupons for your Sub Association and the Master Association have been mailed together in one envelope along with a an outline of the payment process and your payment options.  All Master Association payments are due on or before the 1st of the month of each quarter.  If your Sub Association dues are quarterly your payments are due on or before the 1st of the month of each quarter.  If your Sub Association dues are monthly your payments are due on or before the 1st of every month.  Please remember if you currently pay your dues through direct debit you do not need to sign up again in 2010 however remember the amount will change because of the dues increase for the Master Association.  Please remember to check your coupons for the correct payee and address for mailing.  Allow at least 5 days prior to the due date for delivery.  Remember to update your automatic payments payments made directly from your bank to ensure the correct amount after the increase is being paid.  When using paylease or automatic payments with your bank you must remember the payments are due on or before the 1st of the month and process payments allowing at least 5 days of mailing or processig time so that we are in receipt of your payment by the due date of the 1st. REMEMBER TO WRITE SEPARATE CHECKS FOR YOUR SUB ASSOCIATION AND THE MASTER ASSOCIATION they are different companies and have different bank accounts.   If you have questions please call the CCMA office at 303-841-8658 and we will do our best to answer them.
