The Canterberry Pool Opens Saturday May 26th at 11 am.
If you previously registered and received your white ADT Cards you are all set. Your ADT Cards are good for the entire length of time you own your home (they are your permanent pool cards). The only time you would need to come to registration would be to get a replacement card or add a child/family member to your account. To add a child/family member they must be present for a photo to be placed into the pool account system.
If you need a replacement card, to add a child/family member to your account or have not registered in the past, registration is underway and will take place at the CCMA office Monday, Thursday and Fridays from 10 am to 11:30 am and 1pm to 4 pm each day through the Month of May. The Registration form is available online and in the April/May edition of the newsletter for your convenience.
Starting the Month of June registration will only take place on Mondays and Thursdays 10 am to 11:30 am and then 1 pm to 4 pm. We will have one Saturday registration on June 9th from 11 am to 5 pm. The Saturday registration will also take place at the CCMA Office.
If you are registering for the 1st time your entire family must be present for registration. You will have photos taken and a card will be issued. Please remember to keep the card you are issued they are your permanent pool cards. The cost to replace the card if lost or destroyed is $25.00.
· If you are already registered and have a young child you can get their picture taken and card issued at the CCMA office during registration hours.
· If you are already registered and need a replacement card, the cost is $25 per card and you will need to go to the CCMA office during registration hours.
Items needed for registration: A valid driver’s license with your Canterberry address. If you do not have a driver’s license with the correct address a Parker Water Bill or IREA bill showing your name and address is required.
· Tenants need a current lease for registration.
· Only full time residents will be issued a card to the pool.
Guest passes are available in a quantity of 10 at the CCMA office for a cost of $25 dollars. Each household may have one guest punch card free of charge upon request and signature. Homeowner must be present to pick up punch card at the CCMA office during pool registration hours.
You must have your card to enter into the pool facility. Without your card you will not be allowed entrance, you will be requested to return home to pick up your card. Each person entering the gate needs to swipe their card.
All guests entering the pool facility regardless of age or if they will be swimming will need a guest pass. The homeowner or resident of the home over the age of 16 must be present at all times with guests. A maximum of 4 guests per household is permitted for 2012. If the pool is near capacity guests will not be allowed entrance.
All homeowners must be current with their HOA assessments for entry into the pool. If your card is deactivated for any reason you will need to go to the CCMA office to get the matter resolved.
The Pool Staff will not be able to assist you with registration, replacement cards or for reactivation of a pool card. You will need to come to the CCMA office for assistance with these items.
All registration will be taking place at the CCMA Office only.
